With a purpose built commercial kitchen located in the heart of Wollongong, Culinarius is able to provide food for two to two thousand at any location… with perfection and style.

The successful company is led by Monika Armstrong who is trained as a Home Economist (with honours) and has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry. Monika is assisted by a team of passionate and dedicated individuals of varying origins, tastes and hospitality skills.

The food created by Culinarius is described by many as exquisite. With cocktail, buffet and formal style menu's available it is ensured that we can provide the food required for your special occasion. Careful attention is always given to freshness, flavour, creativity, nutrition and hygiene.

No function is too large or small for the team at Culinarius, nor too diverse. We provide all kinds of catering services from weddings to funerals; boardroom lunches to picnic hampers, birthday parties to corporate launches; there has even been the odd divorce party!

We also pride ourselves on great organisation and efficiency, managing to provide delicious food and service to any location or environment. Past locations include: the beach, town hall's, car parks, homes, rubbish tips, gardens, surf club's, corporate premises, paddocks and industrial sites to name a few.
